faithfully-frugal-ebook_615Besides people, nothing else has influenced my relationship with Christ more than my relationship with money.

Nothing.

Which is why I get a little crazy when we start talking finances and frugality, because while the world is trying to save a dime, score the deal, and snag the doorbuster, Scripture teaches the true secrets of frugality which turns the penny-pinching game into a life-giving pursuit. So I can’t tell you how giddy-excited I am to offer you this new e-book Faithfully Frugal on Amazon. In it I share our family’s journey, from chasing the elusive American dream to embracing simplicity, contentment, and peace. Also included are recipes and simple frugal-living ideas.  Go ahead and snag a bunch of copies for yourself and friends and spend less, give more, live more. Thanks for reading!

*YES, you can still get this book even if you don’t have a kindle. Click “Available on your PC” or “Available on your Mac” on the righthand side right above the “Give as a Gift” button. Enjoy!

**Spread the word! Thanks!

  1. Thanks Kari! Can’t wait to start reading it! I grew up in a frugal family, my husband… not so much. In fact, he balks at the very word. It’s been a long, prayer-filled journey in that particular area. Extra prayers VERY much appreciated 😉 Thank you again!!

  2. I must be doing something wrong. When I clicked on Available on my PC I got a message that I don’t have a Kindle app on my PC.

  3. Started reading this book this afternoon– WOW! Loving it. Have passed along info about it to lots of friends & told my pastor all about it! 🙂 He immediately pulled down the book “The Hole in our Gospel”– he hasn’t read it either! Can’t wait to read more. Thanks so much for the book!

  4. This is full of great wisdom…from what I have read so far! Thank you for sharing this Kari. You are one gifted gal 🙂

  5. Yah for me!! I finally figured out this whole pc kindle thing and downloaded your E Book!!!!!

  6. Several years ago I asked God to redirect my passion for cooking because it was consuming too much time and money, and not contributing to anyone but my husband and me. His reply was immediate and I have been able to channel this love of cooking into our church food pantry. Twice a month I cook and share dishes with food pantry patrons and send them home with the ingredients. The recipes use items that are in the grocery sacks we hand out.

the criteria for every recipe is “tasty, nutritious and less tha $3 a dish”… Yes, per dish not per serving. Developing and testing recipes consumes hours of online research and kitchen pleasure and sharing with widows in the neighborhood. And food pantry recipe day touches the tummies and hearts of people who are struggling to put food on the table.

I have lots of good recipes to share if interested

    1. Wow, that is wonderful Martie! Yes, I’d love to see your recipes. I’m teaching two faithfully frugal workshops next month, I’d love some recipes to share with the ladies; let’s talk!
